In this gallery you see custom wine rooms we have conditioned to keep temperatures within 1 degree of set point.
We install few visible grilles
We make every attempt to hide our registers
Supply on ceiling waiting for register
In most cases the register gets painted and almost dissapears
Digital temp controller/thermometer
This control is versatile, it shows current temp, controls both temp and humidity and also has alarm capabilities.
Custom built outside condensor
This is what the outside unit we build looks like.
The guts of our custom condensor
We build each outside unit based on the wine room size and cooling load. Most other off the shelf units are not as versitile and the right sized unit is important to maintain both temp and humidity.
Supply duct weaving around plumber
Using a off the shelf airhandler with some customization, we can produce the correct wine environment with little or no noise in the wine cellar.
Custom ductwork to fit any application
Remoting both units creates a quiet and temprature stable enviorment with as little visual intrusion possible.
Air handler unit with manuals
This was my favorite. A challenge to fit in a cellar in a finished basement not adjacent to the equipment room. Brett made it happen though. The book you see on the airhandler....it's the equipment manuals, not the wine list.
